I made a complete and balanced turkey Dog Donner with Thanksgiving and the Holidays in mind using ingredients that will be readily available and maybe even left over in the fridge.
This recipe is a great way to use up any left over turkey meat scraps. Just please make sure the meat is not heavily seasoned or spiced as that is not good for them. You could also make this with just ground turkey.
○ COOKING TIME: 20 mins
○ SERVINGS: Makes 1 lb
[2oz] Turkey light meat
[5oz] Turkey dark meat
[1oz] Turkey (or chicken) liver
[3oz] Brown rice cooked no salt
[2oz] Sweet potato cooked skin on no salt
[2 cups] water
[2oz] Brussel sprouts chopped and cooked no salt
[6g / 1 tsp] Migos Dog Supplement powder
[1 tsp] Safflower oil
Wash and clean the sweet potatoes, chop into large cubes and add to a pan with the water and let simmer, before it’s soft, after about 10 minutes, add the liver, cranberries and Brussel sprouts. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped turkey, cooked brown rice, chopped liver. Stir together then add the Migos Dog supplement powder and safflower oil.
