Oat Flour and Blueberry Pancakes with Goat Yoghurt and a Beef Jus

○ SERVING: 20 small pancakes


  • [2 cups] Gluten Free Oat Flour
  • [2 egg whites] 
  • [1 tsp] Migos Dog Supplement Powder
  • [1 tbsp] Honey
  • [2 large eggs]
  • [1 cup] Goat Milk
  • [1 tbsp] Coconut oil *for cooking pancakes
  • [1 cup] Blueberries
  • [A few tbsp] Goat Yoghurt on top
  • [Optional] Beef Jus/Sauce



Step 1.
Add oat flour to a large mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of Migos Dog Supplement Powder

Step 2.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff.

Step 3.
Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl and whisk in the goat milk honey.

Step 4.
Pour the egg mixture into the oat flour and gently stir together, then fold in the egg whites and blueberries. Do not over beat (it's ok if it's still a bit lumpy)

Step 5.
Heat your non stick pan, add a little coconut oil and a spoon of the pancake batter, and cook until golden on each side.

Step 6.
Ready to serve with a dollop of goat yoghurt
