Lean Chicken + Superfoods

○ COOKING TIME: 15 mins


[6 oz] Cooked Chicken
[3 oz] Canned Pumpkin
[2 oz] Broccoli
[2 oz] Spinach
[1] Large Egg
[1 tbsp] Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
[1/2 tsp] MIGOS Vit + Min Powder
[1/2 tsp] Egg Shell Powder


Step 1.
I used ground chicken for this recipe but you can use breast or thigh.  Using a non stick pan gently cook the chicken meat.

Step 2.
Chop up the broccoli and spinach well, you can add it to a blender if you prefer.

Step 3.
Once the chicken is nearly cooked, add in your finely chopped vegetables, crack an egg in and add the pumpkin and let cook for another minute or two on a gentle heat as you want to preserve all the nutrients in the food. 

Step 4.
Turn off the heat and add the yogurt at the end, and your Migos Dog supplement powder and egg shell powder. Stir well together. 

*You can make this in larger batches and portion them into zip lock bags to freeze.
