If you're looking for a nutritious meal for your furry friend, consider this duck and vegetables recipe. Duck is a great protein source for dogs, especially those who suffer from allergies, as it is known to be an allergy-friendly protein that's easy to digest, rich in iron, and hypoallergenic. Additionally, according to holistic dog nutrition and Chinese traditional medicine, duck is considered a "cooling" meat that can help to reduce inflammation throughout your dog's body. Paired with vegetables, this recipe is not only delicious but also packed with vitamins and minerals that can benefit your pup's overall health and well-being.

○ COOKING TIME: 40 mins
○ SERVING: Makes approx. 2.12lbs
INGREDIENTS
[1 lb] Raw Ground Duck
[3/4 cup] Uncooked Brown Rice
[3 cups] Water
[4 oz] Raw Kale, de-stemmed
[4 oz] Raw Zucchini/Courgette
[4 oz] Raw Carrots
[2 tsp] MIGOS DOG Supplement Powder
[Pinch] Salt
PREPARATION
Step 1.
Using a large saucepan with a lid, add the ground duck, raw rice and water, cook on a low heat with the lid on for 30 minutes, giving an occasional stir.
Step 2.
While that’s cooking either finely chop or what I prefer to do is add all the raw vegetables to a food processor and whizz until finely chopped.
Step 3.
Once the water has been absorbed and the rice is soft you can stir in the vegetables and take the pan off the heat. This keeps as many nutrients in the vegetables as possible without cooking them.
Step 4.
Next stir in the Migos Dog supplement powder and pinch of salt.
Step 5.
Leave to cool before serving, portion up and freeze or keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
